SRS supplied engineering and technical personnel on an as needed basis to the City of Miami, such as Construction Engineering and Observation Services for the administration of several construction projects throughout the city. For this project, SRS provided full-time on-site inspection personnel and supervisor for the duration of the construction. The specific tasks involved drainage improvements, curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement, milling, resurfacing, traffic signal improvements, construction coordination, supervising inspectors, schedule and attend construction meetings, monitor contractor’s work, review and process contractors’ application for payment, maintain daily project journal with photographs, changed work administration, provide problem resolution, request and review material testing, as well as coordinate with Engineer of record and utility companies.
