We have a broad understanding of a wide range of services to local educational institutions such as Florida International University, Florida Memorial University, University of Miami, Saint Thomas University, and Miami-Dade College. For example, SRS Engineering has worked on over 23 engineering projects as Civil Engineers for FIU as prime or subconsultants on various projects. We are very familiar with FIU’s standards and procedures, as well as, existing site conditions, facilities, infrastructure and utility systems in all FIU’s campuses. To name a few, we have performed Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Surveys (SSES), in the Student Housing Building – drainage and walkways improvements, PH Parking – new communication conduits, West Parking Lot and West Campus Road relocation and additional parking, street and avenue Conduit Crossing, Campus Support Complex, Multi-Purpose Stadium Complex- Phase II, Wine and Spirits Beverage Center, W-2 apron and drainage improvements, Hospitality Center Sewer Lateral, Wellness Center Utility Relocation, Football Stadium – Prof. Design Criteria, Biscayne Campus – Marine Biology Boat Parking Lot, and the Ambulatory Care Center.
