SRS carried out the engineering design, construction documents preparation, permitting assistance, and construction phase support services to the Miami-Dade County Public Works Department (MDCPW). Necessary for the widening of Miller Drive between SW 152nd Avenue and SW 158 Avenue (3,250 LF), in addition to the preparation of the designs for the construction of drainage improvements associated with the roadway reconstruction. The work encompassed meeting with Miami-Dade County Public Works staff and local regulatory agencies to establish design guidelines, review roadway design standards, conduct a utility search/identification of existing utilities and traffic controls. Construction documents comprised of the roadway plans, specifications, profiles, and the summary of quantities, along with the signage and marking quantities.
