SRS prepared several conceptual site plan layouts for approval by the city. Construction documents for the construction of a new fleet fueling station that replaced existing asphalt and concrete pavements, drainage systems, fuel management systems, video security systems, electrical systems, fueling pumps, dispensers, underground fuel lines, appurtenances, attendant’s booth with power, A/C and data, underground fuel tank, existing canopy. Other services comprised of contracting/coordinating all topographical surveys, geotechnical investigations, and permitting. Approvals were required from City of Hialeah Building Department, DERM, and FIRE. During Construction Phases such duties were performed: attending construction meetings, reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFI’s, providing periodic construction observations, and preparing close-out documents.
