This project consisted of the engineering design plans and specifications for the construction of an approximately 40-acre evaluation and treatment center located in Florida City, Florida. Work incorporated the design of on-site paving, off-site roadway improvements, on-site gravity sewer system, private sewer pump stations and force mains, on-site and off-site water system to serve on-site development, along with grading, drainage, and surface water management design. Further work consisted of the preparation of applications and documentation for submittal of an Environmental Resources Permit as required by SFWMD, DERM, and ACOE, preparation of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Notice of Intent applications and documentation, in addition to construction phase services such as reviewing payment request, responding to RFI, and conducting construction inspections.
