SRS Engineering, Inc. was responsible for the design of all site civil improvements for the National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago. The project consisted of a 5 story (93,000 SF) office building, 2 story underground carparking garage, associated surface parking, access drives and landscaping areas. Site civil improvements involved demolition of existing buildings and parking areas, site grading, main access drive, surface carpark areas, loading area for the new building, new site utilities such as potable water lines, water lines for fire protection, sanitary sewer lines, oil/water separator, site drainage system, roof drains, condensate drain collection system, and irrigation water storage tanks.
