Design and preparation of construction document for the construction of land side master plan improvements such as the design of site master plan, geometry plan, demolition plan, paving, grading and drainage, new main entrance road, new paved long term parking area, addition of two new staff parking areas and rental car parking area (a total of 360 parking spaces), new curbside loading/unloading areas and associated access drives. Sewer systems improvements comprised of the design of a new 30,000 GPD sewage treatment plant, sewer pump station and force main. Further duties encompassed preparation of technical specifications and construction cost estimates.
